X-Ray Inspection

Fine pitch and BGA devices necessitate the use of X-Ray technology for inspecting and monitoring the processes. At Vital Systems we perform inspection on a 100% basis. All populated BGAs are visually inspected to assure that the defective assemblies are segregated and corrected before further processing can resume.
