The answering sales team member directs the calls to the suitable person. In this manner we assure that the customer will reach the person they need who will understand their needs and take action, or seek answers in a timely manner.
Our sales team is trained to be attentive to customer needs, and will be courteous and helpful. These sales team members are well versed in electronics and manufacturing processes. We also ensure that the team members are easily accessible, and have access to most information at their fingertips, so questions are answered promptly. If they are unable to help, the call will be routed to the correct team member who is available and capable of answering the questions.
