On Time

At Vital Systems we take On-Time delivery just as seriously as quality. On time delivery is a planned activity, and takes the entire team to stay focused and on a schedule. On a typical day we will have several hundred orders in various departments, and in different manufacturing cycles. Each order is on a schedule that our production systems maintains and tracks. Status is constantly monitored and kept up. In the rare case an order falls behind schedule, the customer is notified immediately and an updated schedule is given.
