Vital Systems was established to fill the need for a high quality contract manufacturer. Today, some twenty years later quality remains our prime focus.

We have availed these years and constantly added new technologies and processes making sure we remain on the leading edge of technology. To our customers all these years of diligence simply translates into our commitment to deliver assemblies that will “pass” the test per shipment of electrically untested assemblies at better than 99%.

However, when we test the assemblies prior to shipping, we "assure" 100% “pass” meeting customer specified tests. Over years of quality service our customers recognize the quality of services and allow us to deliver from dock to stock. This allows them to pull PCB assemblies from stock and integrate them into systems that are allowed to "burn-in" and ship on their schedule this results in substantial overhead cost reduction.
