Quick Turns

Is same day delivery soon enough?
Certainly we can deliver the same day, we do it often and are good at it. The process is the same for standard turn or expedited turns. However, it takes organization, experience, coordination, and competency.

Here is an example:
A quick turn production run of 5 assemblies had more than 3000 SMD parts per assembly populated on both sides, a regular mix of through hole components, and a couple of fine pitch edge mounted SMD connectors with contacts pins soldered to both sides of the board. The boards were hand carried in at 9:30 AM, and Vital Systems made the shipment via Overnight the same evening. The customer called the next morning to thank us, and to inform us that each assembly worked. We had never built this assembly before.

In addition to same day delivery we offer cost effective expedited runs that most customers order on an ongoing basis.
