Integration or Box Builds

For many of our customers we integrate PCB assemblies and wire harnesses into chassis. The box build process includes testing and validation of subassemblies prior to integration.

We build rugged systems for the military, and non-rugged systems for various commercial and consumer applications. Some of the consumer products are low cost, yet high in the “wow” factor.

Military
Some of these applications are stand alone systems, and others are for use in 19 inch racks. The rugged VME AN/UPX36 chassis that we build for the Navy ships are designed to withstand 80 G shock, and the CICU chassis also for shipboard application, are designed to withstand 120 G shock.

Commercial
For many other customers we produce products for television, video studios, and the movie industry capturing raw HD video on hard drives and equipment for the new digital cinema projection systems.

Electro-Mechanical
We integrate electro-mechanical subassemblies for several customers in Gaming, Industrial Controls and Aero-Space industries.
